Consulting

Planning, budgeting and specifications:

We can assist you in planning the steps necessary to accomplish a successful project by developing a variety of labor and material specifications and cost analysis for your budget.

Clients use this service to put painting projects out to bid. Each contractor receives detailed labor and material specifications so all contractors can bid based on specifications.

Mediation and Expert Witness

We can assist you and or your attorney to resolve contract disputes in lieu of litigation. Contact us if you are at odds with your contractor or client. We can work with you to resolve your business differences in a professional and amicable way. All information is confidential.

Intermediary:

In cases of contract dispute we are the intermediary to the contractor and the customer. The parties communicate via a  independent third party to fulfill their contract obligations.

Insurance Claims:

Do you need an estimate for your insurance company?

We provide free estimates to past customers.

We charge for insurance estimates and if awarded the project we deduct the fee from the final invoice. If we are not awarded the project the fee is donated to our Charity of Choice.
